If I had chance to give zero , I would give it zero. I went there to order a hybrid batter, they didn't have it. The guy KEN ROSA , ordered for me and I paid the money upfront and sad to me ,I can come 2 days later and pick it up and told me that we open 8:00 am weekdays. I went there today from Coney Island to there, almost 35 miles , I was there at 8:00 am in the morning. Ken told me that you come early. You supposed to come at 9:00 am this is the time part department open. I wait there 1 hour. and then They call me to part department Ken said your battery didn't delivered yet.I said to him why didn't you call me earlier before I drove here. Ken said how am I supposed to know your battery is here or not? I said who supposed to know ? He said don't argue with me. I told him ,I wanna speak to manager I drove there 35 miles for nothing. He said I'm the manager with a aggressive face.He doesn't do his job well. Be carefully when you go there. If you need to go that palace. call them and make sure your part is there. even they tell you to come that day ?
