Unfortunately my experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota is not that great,My sales person(Jack) was a great person, but he didn't get a chance to negotiate the price with me because of his sales manager(Luis) the vehicles is overpriced comparing to other dealer ships in an around the area.A lady from customer service send me to the finance manager and a different sales manager saying they will try to do something about the price , but both of them took it like a joke. Also I noticed a deep scratch on the vehicle after I took it home.Now I have to go back and forth to get it fixed.

Dropped the truck yesterday for fixing the scratch.
