This dealership is a joke. The work is never done on time, they cant even reset their own manufacturer's computers, and the staff there are all clueless.

The receptionist doesn't even try to pretend she is in a customer service industry, while the management there impose forced overtime on mechanical staff. Even with forced overtime they still cant get vehicles back on time which is the sad part. The most brutal part is out of the Weiss dealerships, this one is probably the worst. Other Weiss owned dealerships have been great but they still try to overcharge you for the work they do. I've literally seen their staff tell a customer that "oh too bad you missed the courtesy shuttle so you cant get a ride anywhere." When it's their own staff that sent him to a bunch of different desks and other associates that caused him to be late. Of course God forbid they try to call their customer, that would be customer service.
