Absolute nightmare went in for oil change and normal maintenance. They left my gas cap off which caused an engine light which disabled my remote starter which caused my vehicle not to recognize my key which left me temporarily abandoned unable to start my vehicle. They failed to replace a running lights bulb, left a random screw on the drivers seat. The stripping around my windshield was pulled away from the glass causing the inside to fog up. My brakes all of a sudden felt spongy. When I went back to have the check engine light reset and the bulb replaced Tim the service manager was not there to make sure the entire truck was gone over and to ensure all the work was performed. Tim did not bother to find me nor did he follow up afterwards. Both things he promised me he would do. I honestly think they set my truck up for future failures and I m not confident that all the work I paid for was even done or at least properly. After this experience I felt like my truck was in worse shape then before I brought it in. Horrible customer service and even after I gave them a terrible review still nobody followed up with me. Fair warning this dealer causes problems with your vehicle to get more of your money and does shoddy work to boot.
