Horrible customer service. I called numerous times...

Horrible customer service. I called numerous times, and I get a robot person with a canned response they say 1000 times a day. They transferred me to erroneous departments. They double deducted out of the bank account and will not return the money. Now they are saying I can put in an AU-11 and maybe get it back in 120 days. Unbelievable.
