Found today by a contractor who came for maintenance of the roof that there was apparently a leak between the roof and the roof tiles earlier this year due to the heavy rain and therefore a supporting beam on the roof under the roof tiles was rotten just like one of the plates
These must therefore be replaced, I called on the advice of the contractor Interpolis, he said that this should fall under the home insurance
Well there I was disappointed, the lady in question at Interpolis told me that because it could not be 100% proven that it was due to leakage, the damage is not compensated, I only responded with crystal clear and said to be disappointed.
I think she had little understanding for that, so I am writing this review.
The cost is not about it, I can pay it, but this is about the principle
Why crystal clear and well insured, four times had damage in the last 44 years that I live here unfortunately due to leakage and that was then handled well, but apparently the service has been adjusted downwards
A pity and now we hope nothing will happen from now on

Upon contact with Interpolis following my feedback, it all turned out to be based on a misunderstanding.
In the end I turned out to be insured for the damage and it was resolved
