Had to change rooms twice - first non smoking room...

Had to change rooms twice - first non smoking room was full of cigarette smoke smell, second room had a clogged shower that overflowed. Rooms were overly heated in winter and super hot at night. Had rashes from sleeping on the beds here. Poor!
