The rooms are dated and not what I would expect from a "resort." I have stayed at resorts before and at best this was hotel/motel quality though I did like the mirrors in the bathroom. The beds are uncomfortable and by the end of our stay our backs were in severe pain. The staff was not attentive and not very friendly with the exception of one of the ladies at the check in desk and one server. Most of the wait staff in the restaurants are rude and inattentive. It is near impossible to get a spa appointment. That was the whole point of our trip and we couldn't even get an appointment! The cost of the room and resort fee are not worth it! The food is good but way overpriced! The bikes they lend out are in poor repair, so bring your own bike! The housekeeping staff care little for peace and quiet. We were woken abruptly by banging on the walls and loud violent noises coming from the room next to ours. We reluctantly peeked next door to see what was going on. Turns out it was the housekeeping staff!! We were furious, to have been woken up in such a way, when we were there for a little peace!!! The spa and overpriced "motel" quality room were the biggest let down.
