This high-rise hotel looks great from the interstate. The front desk staff is freindly and courteous. The rooms have nice decor.
However, there were some issues with the room. The water temperature fluctuated from just right to borderline cold. The sliding closet door had one side that would not move. Most of the towels were fine, but on check-in I had a washcloth that had a hole and lose threads.

I spoke with the front desk and they offered to repair the door, replaced the washcloths, but not much they can do about the water temperature. So they made it right, but still not what you would expect from. DoubleTree.
