Working with Ross at Root Mortgage was a great experience. Ross provided updates almost daily or as needed with what stage our loan was in and gave us a timeline of events. Ross also was very accessible for questions or concerns. With my work schedule, Ross and I could only connect at night time and Ross was accommodating with my odd availability. Erin, Ross assistant was easy to work with and helped with our documentation process. The whole process was surprisingly smooth. I would highly recommend Ross and Erin with Root Mortgage.
