Patti is very good at understanding and explaining the details of the MRI and the arthroscopic procedure on my shoulder and showing me on the X-rays what was done and explains to me how the body "cheats" and compensates when a rotator cuff tendon is torn and can't be repaired. She has the most positive energy of any one I have ever met. Dr. Hawk and she make a great team.
