If I could give less than 1, I would! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Trying to get an English speaking person is very hard. You press one for English and get Chinese speaking people. if you can understand them, they will not help with anything. When I called one day( after being their customer for 3 years) I had asked when the contract expired. The salesman had supposedly faxed in the contract and the expiration date is cut off. They sent me this copy. I called back to ask about it being cut off and they told me it was either a 3 or 4 year contract. When I called my salesman Joe Mancuso, he told me to assume it had expired and to send back the machine. Now, keep in mind, if you send back the machine and the contract has not expired, there will be a very large cancellation fee. This is why I was checking with them first. When I called back again and asked the Chinese speaking person for a copy, she said this is not my responsibility to look up your contract !!! That is what she actually said! Of course, they send two pickup slips for the machine and no copy of the contract. Last time I checked, customers are pretty important to have, respect and help when necessary. ARGUS, you have it all wrong. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. As it stands, no one at Argus can tell me when my contract expires. I have been dealing with this for months. They take their fees out every month, but can t tell me this. As their employee said, it is not her job to help me. Wow! Just wow! Take my advice do not use this company. Any company that literally tells you it is not their responsibility to help you, is not a wise choice! I unfortunately learned the hard way.
