I have a friend who s grandmother is currently in the facilities. Due to covid19, she s been trying to FaceTime her grandmother but the staff keep hanging up the FaceTime and refuse to let her, even telling her that s not aloud. That is absolutely unacceptable and no one should have to go through that. This facility does not care about your loved ones, or you. Do not waste your money on this place
