I've been very happy with my service from Shavitz since they replaced my furnace a couple of years ago during a holiday week. They've always been prompt, courteous and take time to explain any issues. During my most-recent visit from Shavitz for the annual furnace maintenance, the tech, Shawn B., noticed that one of my sinks wasn't sending out much water. He figured out the problem and fixed it in a jiffy. That's above and beyond!
