Very happy to with Carmine's services! Went above and beyond for us when selling our previous home and during the purchase of the new one. Not only did he make sure we weren't being forced to pay fees we didn't owe, he went out of his way to save us money where possible. He fought for us against our buyer's attorney who attempted on several occasions to make us pay fees we weren't responsible for, and each time Carmine refused flat out to budge an inch. Will definitely use him again in the future and can't recommend him and his firm enough.
