Staff was friendly and seemed to be well qualified, but the dirty condition of the facility made me feel uneasy. Sitting in the waiting room was not a pleasant experience. Stains (blood, food?) in the carpet, dirty furniture, a person sleeping on a sofa, black filth on the front exit doors. Not sure if I would go back for second visit.

I had a wonderful wonderful experience the people there were more than people they were angels that helped me through a very difficult time and they just made it easy and there's hardest times are now we need a lot of that good people that help you through a hard time until I think those guys and I just want everybody to know that they are awesome
The receptionists have no interest in trying to help or to do the right thing. We were referred to this location twice and they never reached out to schedule the procedure. They were then called by our referring nurse and they were told it was an urgent situation. They said they would call us right back and they did not. We waited 4 days for calls. Finally we called them and they said they did not have an opening until 5 days out. Which would have made it an 8 day wait altogether. They are suppose to be same or next day appointment for us. So we went with the Raleigh location who did get us in next day. This place lied to our nurse saying once that they did not receive our referral, but on a later call another worker confirmed they received all of the referrals. Poor customer service with no integrity.
Dr. Loehr did my spider veins and my legs look great!!! I definitely recommend this practice! 5 stars!
My experience at triangular vascular was fantastic the staff was amazing the doctors were kind explain explained everything that they were doing to me I will recommend this practice to all my family and friends my legs have never looked so good.
Every time I enter the triangle vascular I have a very good experience. The front desk people my nurse doctors and technicians all have positive attitude every time I am there. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable otherwise I would be scared and depressed every time I had to come so thank you

This facility lacks professionalism and true concern for their patients. I needed a fibroid embolization and had to go with an alternate facility, after being unable to scedule an appointment for the procedure. I'd call in and never be able to speak with the nurse that schedules the procedures. My information would be taken and I was told that I would receive a callback. Not once did I receive a callback. Mind you, I was told at my consultation not to wait too long to schedule it (once the procedure was approved by my health insurance), because of the sheer number of patients in need of the same procedure. After several attempts without success, I asked that my Gynecologist refer me to a different facility. The process of scheduling and undergoing the procedure with the alternate facility was timely and without hassle. I would not recommend this facility.
Dr. Pechter and staff were amazing. They gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. They made me feel comfortable and safe during and after my procedure. They were available and willing to assist me with any concerns as I recovered and continued on my journey of healing. I recommend this place highly. It's important to have a Dr. and staff that listen to your concerns and you will find that at Triangle Vascular.
Pros: Dr. Loehr is a wonderful doctor. I felt so relieved to finally have a doctor who could give me an accurate diagnosis for the swelling i was experiencing. The woman who does ultrasounds is also wonderful and made me feel very comfortable by being so kind and interactive.
Cons: At least for my situation, according to the nurses i spoke to, they don t offer services for follow up care in the case of procedure complications preformed at the clinic or even long term care management. I would also say my interactions with the nurses were something of a mixed bag. Sometimes they were kind... sometimes not.
Overall, I d say the doctors i met during my diagnosis and procedure really really reeaaalllyyy made it worth all the hassle.
Tomorrow will be exactly one week post op for me. The entire staff was so kind. Dr. Loehr and Paula were AMAZING. Paula was my nurse. She prepped me and stayed with me the entire time after my procedure. I want to thank you and the entire staff for the wonderful things you do for your patients at Triangle Vascular. I will see you in a month!
Went once for a consult on a foot issue. Dr spent ~2 min with me and acted like I was boring him. Thought I would try again. Just called to make an appt for another issue. They had no appointments for this week or next. Girl acted like she could care less and told me to go to urgent care.
This office is amazing. From the nurses to the doctors, the front office. My experience was incredible. I feel like a new person!

I have only positive things to say about the care I received at Triangle Vascular Associates. After a lot of challenging circumstances, medical complications, & a personal battle bacK to wellness I was really having problems with my ankle/foot area. This was a result of enlarged/varicose veins in my legs. It was starting to have a negative impact on my daily activity and general sense of well-being . I have a young daughter as well &... let s be honest- your mom game is not on point if you feel bad!
I had a series of Ablation & Sclerotherapy treatments and felt immediate/beneficial results. After each appointment it got better and better! It was amazing! I have now completed the course and look forward to continued improvement. The success of this procedure has really made a HUGE difference in SO many ways. It s hard to fully articulate.
The office handled the current Pandemic situation/risk of patients exceptionally I felt extremely safe going there. Masks were worn & proper check in procedures were followed. I was never in any proximity (due to scheduling) to more than 1 other patient. There was plenty of room for social distancing if needed.
One of the things that stood out to me the most was the true care & kindness that I felt each time visiting. Dr. Pechter is one of the nicest doctors I have ever had. It s one thing to be knowledgeable and good at what you do . When you combine that with kindness - that defines a true winner in my book!
The folks at triangle vasc are THE consummate professionals. I have had the need to be seen and procedures done, four times this year. Personally, I cannot say enough about the surgeon. Dr William Pechter. My myopathy is almost 100% cured. I cried in diselief.
Everyone was absolutely amazing. Professional but courteous. Clean and sterile and also friendly. I've been to other clinics for other procedures but Triangle Vascular was by far the best.
