Went in with a friend to get a part replaced after...

Went in with a friend to get a part replaced after 3 hours of waiting we go 45 minutes away and the same thing beens again. So again she has to take an other day that she had not planned for to wait while they work on her car to fix the problem. I love my friend and it totally upset me to see how KIA was Treating this wonderful 70 year old lady ( Beverley Garlick) and her car.
