This facility violated its own COVID health and safety policy of requiring those ages 3+ to wear masks. The employees allowed many children who were clearly over 3 years old to wear a mask indoors while not social distancing. This mask policy was clearly stated on the website and is the current policy as of today, as confirmed by 3 employees including the CFO. The employees failed to require these kids to wear a mask and failed to remove them from the facility.
