Absolutely terribly managed. After me and 2 friends payed our security deposits and got ready to move into our apartment, we were told on our move in date that they had sold the contracts for 2 of the rooms and didn't bother telling us until the day we were moving in. They also said the security deposit refund for the rooms wouldn't come for about a month.
