Any problems with getting maintenance done are strictly the fault of the homeowner, so I don't blame them for that. They send reminders for inclement weather (drip your faucets, hurricane preparedness tips, etc) which I appreciate.
Sometimes it's hard to get in touch with them, but I haven't had to call them often enough to say for sure.
