Been using Alert for home alarm since 1996. I don't think they've had a price increase in all that time. (It's currently 2016). Our recent house has a sump pump and they even have put in a device in the sump pump pit that once the water reaches a certain level, they call us letting us know our pump has failed. This has saved us a couple of times from a flooded basement. Great company!
