Very poor customer service this exactly fits for this company that is called Minster Law. Accident happened 12/05/2017 and its 29/06/2018 and case just got settled now and then last week they said that they have processed the payment and this should take 7 days to be available in account and today when payment was not received i called them and they said that they have still not processed the payment and were not sorry at all instead pretended as this is just very normal and i should also not be worried about this and said we will process this now and it should take another 7 days to be available in account. I dont recommend this company to anyone stay away.
