About this Hotel, We booked 1-Room Double beds 3-weeks earlier & got the confirmation number. After that when we arrived at the hotel it was raining & we have kids with us. Our Room was cancelled without notification. They should atleast call us earlier so we can book another place somewhere. It was terrible in our situation, no parking plus was raining cold & We don't want our kids to get sick during our vacation. This was our first experience booking this Hotel with confirmation reserved number & was Cancelled on the day we checked-In. Unbelievable!!
