I ve always been a loyal Shangri-La patron. This stay was good as always. I just miss the exceptional stays I always have. The guest relations line was always hard to connect to this whole stay. Our room was not made up despite specific request for it so it was disappointing to come back to an unmade room. However, the Shangri-La hospitality made up for it by the people in the lobby who helped me carry the box I was carrying and also the waiters at heat who saw me holding a bowl of hot soup to my table. These were the small things that made me feel these are the reasons why still always choose to stay in a Shangri-La wherever I go. The little lapses happens to the best of us. So thank you still for a good stay.
