We used them for the Milford Track so we could have the "glamping" experience - warm shower, hot tasty food (b-fast & dinner), wine and beer at the end of the day. The guides were all amazing and knowledgeable, the track was beautiful, the accommodations were nice at every lodge, the showers were hot, appetizers and food were very tasty. Everyone we met was just lovely. It was an amazing experience. We also opted to take the helicopter ride back instead of the bus, amazing views with a friendly pilot. ...and of course there was an abundance of sand flies....so don't forget the bug repellent!
