Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been waiting for them to connect my power for almost 4 months now. We have been living in a hotel with a special needs child for the past month and half now. WE STILL DON'T HAVE POWER. Patrick Giff was the person working on it but he is impossible to get a hold of and for the past two months he has been working on a design with no design to show for. The customer service phone line is terrible and they will not connect you to their supervisor or the person in charge to help you out. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst part is that we have to go through them, there is no other energy company we can get power from.
