Ed Kinley Ford, especially in the fast lube service area has exteremely poor customer service. They lost wheel parts on my vehicle, did a job without completely replacing all the parts... so the part went out 2 years later. They did not call me back after 3 days of waiting for them to quote me a price to replace it again... will never buy or use this dealership for service again. The guys in quick lube talked down to me because I am a knowledgeable female, and were extremely unprofessional. I used to love coming in... with the current management, I will never be back.
