The chef has a very decisive style, determined that shines through in every dish. The flavors are delicious, the dishes refined without being forcibly complicated. The expectations, having been reviewed as the best restaurant in the world, were very high, they were not disappointed at all. For this reason, the 5-star kitchen is well deserved. I have doubts about the service. One of the people with whom I had dinner was celiac and the following day showed all the typical symptoms of gluten exposure (We had previously informed the structure of this aspect). To be fair I would like to point out that the staff has always emphasized that the dishes were gluten-free. However, the symptoms are those so I am not entirely convinced that the quality of the service was up to the kitchen. From here a 3/5 as a comment.
