As a now retired 36 year member of the medical staff, I was very pleased with the care I received on 11a, the spine floor. Dr. Kumar's surgery went beautifully and the swallowing difficulties were promptly addressed. The nursing care was excellent, especially Erin the 1st 2 days while I was struggling with pain control. The ice machine was heaven sent! Everyone was friendly and promptly answered the call lights. PT and Speech were also helpful. The meals were very good, especially the fruit plate and pot roast and came promptly. There was no intrusion of COVID-19 into the hospitalization. Thanks so much.
