I bought my home in Brick about a year ago and when buying it - I knew it's basement had a water issue. Quality 1st was recommended to me by friends and family because of their attention to detail and how professional they are. When Mike D came out and educated my agent, the sales agent and myself as to why my future home was damp and than how to fix it - I knew Quality 1st was right for me. Fast forward to installation day, Victor and his crew got right to work waterproofing my basement. Once he was done putting in the Waterguard and Triplesafe systems I finally felt at ease. Since the installation, I went back and got the SaniDry unit that Kyle installed a d I couldn't be happier. I HIGHLY recommend Mike D, Victor and all of Quality 1st to anyone having issues with their basements.
