Getting the car and turning the car in was simple....

Getting the car and turning the car in was simple. I had booked online so when I checked in at the desk it was just a matter of letting them know I was there and then the agent found my car and I drove away. Took maybe 15 minutes. Turning the car in was even faster. The car itself (a Chevy Cruze) was very clean.
