The WORST experience ever during my WEDDING! We reserved a car to go to my wedding in a different state. I had to overpay for a car that didn t have any of the features that I requested such as having 8 seats, Apple CarPlay and many more. I spent 6 hours on the phone with Enterprise trying to swap out a car on the day of my wedding but no even cared. I filed several complaints with enterprise and no one responded, I tried reaching out to the manager of the airport but couldn t get through because of how enterprise customer services lines are laid out and finally when we got to meet the manager in person, the experience ended up being very unsatisfactory. All this caused me to become more stressful on my wedding day. I will never ever get that time back. Please don t waste your time with place.
