I agree with the comments: Very difficult handling ... So much, that you have to take the day each time you enter.
They keep you 2 hours of waiting for a 902 phone every time you call, to finally have to hang up because they do not pick you up.
They have several email addresses where they do not solve doubts, nor do they bother to speed up anything.
They ask for documents that border on absurdity, such as a "sworn statement" of not having Social Security postponements, as if a company could not keep up with social security payments on a monthly basis (they ask for proof of payment), also have a Certificate of being up to date with the payment that accredits it (they also ask for it) ... and also having a DECLARATION GRANTED (which for that they are, it is not a crime) and to be up to date with payment of the latter as well.
It would not be the case of my company, but I think that asking for this is really abusive and a waste of time for which we have to work on this, taking into account that they also ask for an expiration date ...
What expiration date can this have?
I look at the ball of the future to know if in a few years I will have a postponement?
They say they have 2 working days to review each document you upload, (since the last modification date), but what they do not say is that they validate ONE DAY ONLY with luck, which makes you need a month to go anywhere.
Finally, it is not understood that they have personnel to review the documentation, if in the platform they are asking you to mark MANUALLY the dates of issue / expiration of the documents ... and that they reject a document that is VALID, for not changing them the date of issue / expiration, if by chance you have seen the value date of an RC receipt and have a UNDIAGNORMANCE of the date of coverage. You have to be very little supportive not to rectify that from the platform ... or what is worse, not to contribute anything to it, since they prefer to mark it as "NOT VALID" and that the 2 business days will RETURN TO COUNT.
A shame.
