Don't buy their products. This company is too big for itself and does not care about their reputation and thus does not care about customers. Shame on them for not understanding how much more costly it is to market for a new customer than retain one you already have. This company talks about having a 98% quality product and thus feels that there is no need to look after the 2% who have been given their defective leftover lemons. The way they deal with those unfortunate 2% is that they will cover the cost of the failed part (admitted to flaw) but will not cover the cost of labour to put that part into the product to make it functional (what good is a new part that is not put into the product?) Alternatively, they will offer you a partial discount on a new product which, of course, is going to cost that poor unfortunate 2% to have to pay monies out of their pockets to get a functioning product. All this for $300. What a world we now live in when the life span of a product that use to last more than 10 years is forced by the manufacturer to be less than 6 year. Materialistic capitalism at it's best.
