I ve been a long time customer/client with Howard Orloff and each and every time I encounter the personnel I am really impressed. Kent Feldmann always greets me with a smile and knows my name, Robert M. In the body shop/ collision specialist has been able to help me out with service issues and repairs making sure I have a smooth transition from my damaged car to rental vehicles.and insurance issues. Just 2 of the STARS at the dealership 10/10
