Muhammad was honest and helpful through the process of purchasing my Ford Edge. I knew what I wanted and he was supportive and informative throughout . I believe it was Shawn in the financing office. he was so helpful and explained everything and got me a rate and monthly payment to fit my budget. When I had some concerns about some scratches Shane was right there to help and came up with a solution. Overall Fred beans was a great experience. We visited A LOT of dealerships and did a lot of test drives and I'm happy we went with Fred Beans
