Place could be a lot cleaner. Forced overtimes which bothered me a lot. Zero investment in cnc milling, my machine was broken from the day one and never fixed. Supervisors are helpful and overall people are all right, small groups, but nothin too scary. Would suggest them to start investing more into cnc milling and don't treat new workers like they have no experience, ask them about advice and possible improvements to make everyone happier and more productive.
