THANK GOODNESS FOR JOHN MATLOCK!! If it weren't for his excellent troubleshooting, skill, and plain common sense, I would have literally wasted at minimum 4,000$ to another company who totally misdiagnosed my plumbing problem, which it took them over 4 hours and $605 to do! Talk about paying for nothing! John was out to my house and knew what the problem was in under 5 minutes. He was quick, extremely professional and explained things to me keeping in mind that plumbing is NOT my specialty. I understood exactly what was going on and trusted him to take care of it.
This company is so great, they even applied the service call charge to the cost of the repair. John is well versed in different aspects of plumbing, that being known.... why waste time with any other company? I know I never will, I will recommend John and Mr. Plumber to everyone I know.
