We worked with Joel from March 2016 - July 2016 to purchase our first home in Littleton. As first-time home buyers, the home loan process was mostly new to us but Joel was always available to explain everything and answer our questions at each step of the process. Universal Lending had several loan options that we could choose from that allowed us to save money on our mortgage based on our short-term and long-term financial goals. Overall, the process was very smooth from start to finish with Joel and the rest of the Universal Lending team. Since we closed on our home, Joel has still been available to answer any questions and provide information about the Colorado housing market and the value of our home though his newsletters, which is very helpful! We had a great experience working with Joel and Universal Lending and would recommend them to any of our friends or family looking for a reliable and knowledgeable lender in the greater Denver metro-area.
