I was welcomed by Luigi, I asked to be able to view the products, I scoured the look without being intrusive.

I asked him for info on the "architecture of the eyebrow", he gave me information and advice on which parts to grow before returning to him to redesign the shape.

He left me the business card and advised me to book early, waiting times are around 10/15 days.

They have a lot of work during Easter.

Very kind, I will return for the eyebrows and for a make-up lesson with him.

Good morning, I would have liked to try the products but my order of March 30th never came. Gls says that the package has returned to the sender, but delivery has never been made (I assure you I was at home these days!) And from the site I made 3 attempts to say that the package never arrived! and no answer !!!! Very little seriousness, since at least I would have refunded the money, even if only with a voucher that can be spent on another date. But apparently all this attention to customers is not there.

Apart from the excellent products sold, I would like to point out that, in my opinion, the person who runs the shop is the kindest and most competent I have ever met in a business.
