Impossible to book by telephone they put you on ho...

Impossible to book by telephone they put you on hold with the disk that repeats: "you are user in queue n.6, then 5, then 4, then 3, then 2 and when you are user in queue n.1 and so happy that your finally arrived shift (20 minutes wait) POF!
A SUCK !!!!
