Decent infrastructure, recently upgraded their baggage scan system. Needs work in the crowd management and planning department.
Most of the airline staff are helpful but on every occasion I found few of the airport staff to be rude, dismissive and outright dishonest.
The arrival gate of the airport is full of scamsters, all of the taxies will overcharge for rides, bus services do not run late into the night (9.00pm) and the airport itself does not have proper marking that one could follow to the nearest bus stop. In my recommendation exercise extreme caution while arriving at the airport, if possible pre-book your taxi or use an app-cab (it will still overcharge you but less than those yellow cabs). Departure is smoother after 11.00am (mornings are super crowded).
