Rented a car weeks ago, only to fly in from NJ to ...

Rented a car weeks ago, only to fly in from NJ to find out they have no cars. Terrible service, no one had any answers. Now its 10pm and we are stranded at the airport. The guy said we can wait an hour and a half to get a car but its not guaranteed. Would not trust this company.
