I took my car in to have the a/c tuned, I was told...

I took my car in to have the a/c tuned, I was told it would not take more than 2 hours. It took them 3.5 hours, but only because I called, otherwise it would have been an overnight thing. They nearly made me late to work. The oil changes take just as long, where as at other places they do it in 30 minutes max. Oh and make sure to have a full tank of gas, they WILL have your a/c running full blast with the windows down, for ANY sort of service that you take your car in for.
