Jamie Chu has excellent customer service skills. Not only did she make me feel valued, she showed compassion as well. Even in the moments when the company was short staffed, she exceeded her title. She was patient and even helped wash my car! She was able to answer all direct questions I had. I highly recommend asking for her if you need someone who is sincere, understanding, and has the knowledge of the vehicles or other inquiries. Thanks again Jamie!
