We drove up from Kentucky to test drive a used car listed at a great price. The thought of buying a car and getting a root canal were very similar unpleasant past experiences. We were not familiar with the car brand and Konrad was quick to answer all of our questions. His cheerful patient demeanor put my anxiety at rest.
