Kevin Macduff went out of his way to make the deal work even though it would've been pretty tight, including coming in on his own time to accommodate to my own schedule, and even batting for me when it came time to negotiate the trade-in. A person couldn't ask or a better representative, friendly, humble, and goes out of their way to do everything in their power to make a deal work.
I understand that as a business Renfrew has to make money in their dealings otherwise there would be no point in running a business, and to go out of their way to get a deal going despite profit margins being thin just to keep a customer happy is something that you would see almost no where else.

Katherine Chan their Finance Director was also a blast to deal with, she made things super simple, and was right on the ball for follow-up questions later on.

With both Kevin and Katherine at Renfrew, I would highly recommend them!!
