I have read many of the reviews and I can only speak of the recent experience we have had with our father, he suffered a major stoke and was admitted into the ICU unit, the moment I arrived I was meet by the neurologist, we called him DR. A (I could not pronounce his last name) and he was very understanding and gave us the truth and his bedside manner was very professional and heart felt.
The nursing staff was the best we have every had (Henry,Ada,Denise, and Olga) these people made "dad" as comfortable as possible and made all of us feel he was well attended too. I could never thank them enough for all the care they gave.
I can honestly say the care they gave our father was sincere and was just not for us to see.
Again I would like to say Thank you to all the staff
