I can't recommend this organization for handling of an HOA. They have habitually poor and late communication regarding board meetings, poor notifications to residents raising issues, and quick to notify about failure to comply with issues when the original notification was never provided or only just received. All said, there are much better and more collaborative organizations to assist an HOA, Heritage is not one to use.
