Prior to our vacation in Mexico, I bought two boogie boards and a board bag online with very short notice. I am not well versed in buying boogie boards and I found the website very helpful in picking out the proper sized board. Shortly after the order was placed with very expedited shipping, I received a call from the store asking to clarify the purchases. They had noticed that I had not purchased the leashes and worked out adding in the leashes and changing the shipping to an additional day to make it a bit more economical. I then received another call to make sure that the leashes were installed on the correct side of the board (right hand or left handed). The shipping went out that very day and arrived two days later in pefect shape. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we look forward to using our new boards!
